- Messenger Platform Data: Conversation logs from integrations retained for 1 year unless longer retention is requested by the business customer
- Usage Analytics: Anonymized and retained for up to 5 years for business analysis
- Support Communications: Kept for 3 years to maintain service continuity
- Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
International Data Transfers
While our primary servers are in Sweden, we may transfer data to other locations for:
